This was our Bank Holiday lunch - asparagus quiche and a salad made from fennel, rocket and olives.
The weather was disappointing, but I enjoyed spending a bit of time cooking with the trusty Aga. When it went wrong last week and went cold it was like a friend being in intensive care! Fortunately a kindly man from the Aga shop came and put it right and it says it's feeling better than ever now.
