These are the Chelsea buns I made yesterday, as a postscript to my very successful hot cross buns, which were eaten too fast for me to take any photos!Yes - I did use my Panasonic bread maker - I reckon that even the cat could make bread using this, with a bit of encouragement and a helping paw with the scales.
These buns were so delicious that I hardly dare make another batch for fear of the calories settling where they are not wanted.
